Privacy notice
Who looks after your information
OJ Haircut Studio, 16-18 Station Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1PA, United Kingdom, is the controller of customer information. Contact info@ojhaircutstudio.com or +44 7481 953712. KuBoz Digital operates this website on the shop's behalf as a processor.
What we use and why
We use your name, email, phone number and appointment information to provide bookings, answer enquiries, manage your account and keep financial records. Booking messages and support conversations are saved to your account. Health and allergy information is used only for safe treatment. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.
Payments and other services
Stripe processes card payments. We do not store your full card details. Lovable Cloud hosts accounts and website records. Independent sellers receive the information needed to fulfil their own orders. AI support uses the relevant help information and your own account information to answer questions; a person can take over.
Your choices and rights
Marketing consent is optional and separate from booking. You can change it in My appointments. You can download your account data or delete your account there, or ask the shop for access, correction, erasure or restriction. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
How long we keep it
Inactive customer personal details are anonymised after three years. Financial records may need to be retained longer for accounting obligations. Anonymising a booking preserves its date, service and money totals, not your contact details.
