Marketplace seller terms
Independent sellers
Sellers must be approved before their listings are public. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful products, safe services, insurance where required, stock, customer fulfilment and their own tax obligations.
Fees and settlement
A 5% platform fee applies to completed marketplace sales and professional bookings. Price and fee are recorded when an order is placed. Card payments are collected into Richard's Stripe account. Richard settles completed card-paid orders with sellers monthly, less the platform fee and applicable refunds.
Customer rights and refunds
Sellers must honour applicable consumer rights, respond to complaints and agree refunds promptly. Do not advertise a blanket no-refund rule for products. Contact the shop to resolve card refunds and settlement discrepancies. The platform does not replace statutory rights.
Listings and personal information
Only publish photos you have permission to use. Use buyer information solely to fulfil orders or appointments. Professional appointments must use available slots, not informal overlapping requests. Listings can be suspended where they are inaccurate, unsafe or unlawful.
